Capture is only the first step. Local save, vendor cloud, public links, email, and ticket systems are separate data routes.

## Privacy and deployment checks before you standardize

1. Map the data route. Check local saving, clipboard copying, optional uploads, and public links separately. A folder synced to cloud storage is not local-only storage.

Compare completeness, readable text, scrolling seams, output location, privacy settings, and the cost for your actual users. Check only features you attempted. An extra effect is not useful if your usual capture needs manual repair.
